  1. I only take the following insurance: MHN, Optum, Blue Shield of CA.
     1. Be sure to call your 800 number on your insurance card BEFORE your first session to get your authorization number and fill out this form: Insurance Inquiry Form. If you are confused you may ask me for help.
  2. Talk to me if you have financial problems. I have some counseling slots available for lower fee counseling.
