Counseling
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. My office is located at 3060 Valencia Ave. Suite 7, Aptos, California 95003. Here is the Map to my office. You can call and leave a message for me at: 831.460.2550 x6.
My fee is $100 for a 50 min. session. I am on some insurance panels, so be sure to call your 800 number on your insurance card BEFORE your first session to get your authorization number. If you are confused you may ask me for help.
Talk to me if you have financial problems. I have some counseling slots available for lower fee counseling.
Forms Needed
Before the first session, the following forms must be filled in and signed. You may down load them from here or fill them out in the waiting room before our first session.
